Privilege Card Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

1.1. The Privilege Card is available to individuals aged 18 or older.

1.2. The card is non-transferable and can only be used by the registered cardholder.

2. Card Benefits

2.1. The Privilege Card provides exclusive discounts, offers, and benefits as outlined in the membership details.

2.2. Benefits are subject to change without prior notice. GHolidays reserves the right to modify or discontinue benefits at its discretion.

3. Membership Fee

3.1. A membership fee ideally starts from 45,000/- to 5,00,000/ and Depends on which card u choose is payable upon application or renewal of the Privilege Card..

3.2. The membership fee is non-refundable.

4. Card Usage

4.1. The Privilege Card must be presented at the time of booking or purchase to redeem benefits.

4.2. Discounts and benefits cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, or discounts unless explicitly stated.

4.3. Misuse of the card, including unauthorized lending or reproduction, may result in cancellation without refund.

5. Validity and Renewal

5.1. The Privilege Card is valid for duration one year from the date of issue.

5.2. Renewal of the card is the responsibility of the cardholder. Failure to renew may result in the loss of benefits.

6. Lost or Stolen Cards

6.1. Lost or stolen cards must be reported to GHolidays immediately.

6.2. Applicable replacement fee Rs.500-/ may apply for issuing a new card.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. GHolidays is not responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by the inability to use the Privilege Card.

7.2. The company is not liable for errors, omissions, or third-party actions affecting the benefits of the card.

8. Termination

8.1. GHolidays reserves the right to terminate any Privilege Card membership in cases of misuse, violation of terms, or at its sole discretion.

8.2. Membership fees are non-refundable upon termination.

9. Data Protection

9.1. Personal data collected during the application and usage of the Privilege Card will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9.2. By applying for the Privilege Card, you consent to the use of your personal data for communication and promotional purposes.

10. Governing Law

10.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the Karnataka . Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of laws of District Court of Bangalore,Karnataka

11. Amendments

11.1. GHolidays reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via gholidays.in / info@gholidays.in / 9902975557.

No Refund Policy

At GHolidays, we strive to provide exceptional holiday experiences for all our customers. Please note that all bookings made with us are final and non-refundable.

Cancellations: Once a booking is confirmed, cancellations will not result in a refund.

Changes to Bookings: Any changes to bookings may be subject to availability and additional charges.

Force Majeure Events: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), refunds will not be provided. However, we may work with you to reschedule or provide alternative solutions.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen situations that may disrupt your plans.
